Returns within 30 days of purchase are FREE. We will provide you with a free DPD collection so you don't have to lift a finger. We're happy to accept returns should the item not suit or is faulty in any way. All exchanges and replacements are subject to stock availability. We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your order. To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.

You will also be required to supply proof of purchase. For any return questions or to start a return, please contact our customer care team via email at support@hotsnap.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Items sent back to our warehouse without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We aim to process all refunds within 2 working days of receipt, we cannot process your request until we receive the returned item, which may take a few days depending on your chosen courier.

Please inspect your order upon receipt, if a return is required due to a mistake by Hotsnap or any part of your order is defective or damaged please contact support@hotsnap.co.uk within 7 days of receipt to enable our team to evaluate the situation and make it right.

Please note if you reside in Ireland, return costs are not covered by us. However if you live in England or Scotland we offer a free collection in the unlikely case should you wish to return your item.
